Shipping policy

Please note for all deliveries a recipient phone number is required.

Delivery is by courier to ACT urban area including Jerrabomberra and Queanbeyan.
We DO NOT deliver to Uriarra, Stromlo or other regional ACT areas. A minimum order value is required and is applied at checkout depending on location.

Real-time tracking of deliveries is not possible. Delivery notifications are sent by email if you checked out using email or used an account that has an email. Some delivery notifications are not available if you checked out using SMS. You cannot add an SMS and email to an order and get notifications to both.

A re-delivery fee will be charged for all failed deliveries; with an incorrect address, or locked apartment with no access, or any attempted delivery where delivery cannot be completed.

Hospital deliveries to a patient should include Hospital/Ward/Floor and preferably room number. Hospital deliveries to staff must note Hospital/Ward/Floor and indicate "staff".

We may require a person at least 18 years old to be present for alcohol deliveries. We supply alcohol products under Australian Capital Territory laws.
